During this phase, a detailed time schedule is agreed upon, including audit report and tax return delivery dates.  At this level of planning, we insure that we understand all relevant client issues so that critical delivery deadlines can be met. Year-End Planning Meeting   The intention of this meeting is to plan the executing of audit and tax work.  At this meeting, we discuss year-end actions for lowering tax liabilities, the budgeting and staffing of the assignment, and the management of the process.
